Went to get a blood pressure test just now and i got my blood pressure slightly higher than normal, which is 130/91 and pul/min is 86. Honestly i am quite worried about it since this is the first time i found my blood pressure is higher than normal.
It maybe due to several reasons:
1) i was drinking mocha before the blood pressure test ( it contains caffein and it makes me got a bit palpitation and thus high blood pressure).
2) walked around midvalley (dinner at The Gardens, shopped in Jusco, and so on..) --> 86 pul/min due to exercising.
3) eaten a lot of fried foods and barbequed food recently.
4) i am nervous during the consultation (due to white coat hypertension)??
So now i shall on a healthier diet plan!!
1) NO or maybe less coca-cola
2) less fried food
3) less chicken and red meat
4) less salt and sugar intake
5) less alcohol
6) more vegetables
7) drink plenty of water
No joking.. i should have some awareness on my own health, because any of the diseases like diabetes or hypertension really brings a lot of complications, and we all know that!

Hello... let's see how long u can stay on your healthy plan.. hahahahha
chicken and red meat can eat. as long as they are not deep fried.
